Welcome! Atrium Properties is a locally owned commercial real estate company, specializing in leasing and management of commercial properties.  

For 30 years, Atrium Properties has provided quality office properties for businesses in the Omaha area.  The business has grown from one property in 1988 to nearly a dozen properties under management today.  The success of the business through the years has been grounded in keeping our quality properties well-maintained and striving to keep a great relationship with each of our tenants. Our proactive management style provides our tenants with a professional workplace of the highest quality.

When it comes to leasing, we can offer exceptional properties at prime locations.  Through aggressive lease rates, reasonable negotiation, and personally overseeing each tenant finish project, we are able to exceed expectations of business owners looking to find a new home for the next several years.

The biggest hurdle most people find when leasing space is accommodating their current needs today, while having enough space to grow their business for tomorrow. By providing several quality properties, we are able to offer our tenants something most Landlords cannot.  We allow our tenants the ability to move to space in any of our properties if their current space cannot meet the needs of their growing business. 

This allows the tenant to move to a new space without the stress and anxiety of subleasing old space or paying for two spaces at the same time!  We take seriously the idea of partnering long term with our tenants, and do whatever we can to keep that relationship strong for many years.
